The platform provides governance, asset management, structuring, and operational oversight across a range of housing and residential investment mandates. Zen Living does not itself own or operate housing assets. It does not hold tenancies, collect rent from residents, or act as a landlord. Where regulated housing activity takes place, it is undertaken solely by the relevant registered provider entities.

Where regulated housing activity takes place within strategies managed by Zen Living, that activity is undertaken by the relevant registered provider entities, which are separately constituted and independently regulated.

Contact details will have been provided to you at the start of your tenancy or shared ownership agreement. You may also contact the relevant registered provider through the register maintained by the Regulator of Social Housing.
